General Booking Information
No Smoking: The Windsor is strictly non
smoking throughout.
Saturday Night: In general we only accept
a Saturday night booking in conjunction with a Friday or Sunday. When a
Saturday night is available on its own there will be a supplemental charge
of £25.
Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed
in writing, fax or email. We will require your credit card details, which
will be held on file in order to secure the room. We also reserve the right
obtain pre authorisation on your card upto 7 days prior to arrival. If you
do not have a credit card we will require one night's deposit in advance.
Cancellation: We will require written advance
notice of any cancellation at least 7 days prior to your stay. Please famililarise
yourself with our cancellation policy
in which we stress the importance of taking out travel insurance to protect
yourself against any financial loss should you need to cancel within the
cancellation period.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB,
Diners Club, Switch, Travellers Cheques and Cash. Cheques can only be accepted
if supported by a valid cheque card.
Check in: Check in time is 2.00 p.m. on the
day of arrival. For arrivals prior to 2.00 p.m., we cannot guarantee room
availability but we will be happy to store your baggage.
Check out: Check out time is 11.00 a.m. with
the exception of Sundays which is 12.00 a.m. Late check out may be possible,
please contact reception.
Parking: We have a residents' parking permit
for each room.
